What we deliver

see the stories of our customers from small and large business

Bonjour

My name is Emma Meier

I've opened my own grocery store just recently. I love to be among people and to take care of their needs. I love what I do and I want to spare maximum of time for that.

With DataEnq we've fully reviewed my daily activities and focused on those areas where data analysis is needed:

  • First, DataEnq created a register that traces all life stages of my products, from ordering to sales. Now I can create and print a range of necessary documents (orders, waybills, invoices)
just in one click. I can also easily retrieve the history of my documents, all in one place.

  • I've been always worrying about the inventory: how to deal with so many products and avoid out-of-stocks and the obsolescence. DataEnq developed a tool that analyses my inventories and proposes the best reordering moments based on daily sales. Now I never miss my orders.

  • To have a compact business overview, I requested a summary of all my key numbers, placed together. DataEnq designed a dashboard, where I can see my turnover, inventories and projected sales in a comprehensive way. I can also select to see it by week, by month, or by year.

  • As a final step, DataEnq ensured all my tools are well connected to a presentation, that I forward to my partners and potential investors.

With all those digital improvements I've placed my daily activities on solid rails. Now I'm not losing unnecessary money, nor my time. So I can dedicate a good part of my day to my lovely customers.

Hello

I'm Liam Barron, from PG

We know everything about construction machines. Our business has been growing significantly since 4 years. At some stage we realised we need an ERP.

DataEnq has helped us to migrate to the new system. My biggest request was to avoid an additional load to my team, and this is what DataEnq delivered:

  • We had many sources of data, that supposed to be combined in one new system. So, initially DataEnq mapped all the documents and data types that we had. Then a naming convention was developed. The system was fine-tuned to work with the new data.

  • Then DataEnq set the newly purchased ERP in accordance with our needs.

  • My team received a training on the new system and new data handling. DataEnq prepared detailed instructions for each step and performed test runs with my team.

  • What we call "a hypercare mode" was provided by DataEnq during the first two months after the go-live. My team, together with DataEnq consultants fine-tuned the system and eliminated any possible bugs.

Hiring DataEnq was a great decision for our company: we invested into an efficient expensive solution, and we ensured the solution was installed by professionals, who know the process and the system.
